Call Center Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Specialist located in Pune. The Call Centre Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing customer support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be required to document interactions, escalate issues when necessary, and work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience is preferred
