Company Description As a specialist in renewable energy call centers, we are recruiting new call center specialists to meet our clients' needs by providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required for this position. If you have a good command of the French language and are eager to learn, we will provide the necessary training. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Lucknow. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service, and accurately documenting interactions. Additional responsibilities include updating customer information in the database, following up on customer requests, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills Strong Communication skills Basic Computer Literacy skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
