·      Make outbound & Handle Inbound calls.

·      Explain company services clearly and effectively

·      Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships

·      Maintain and update lead database

·      Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Requirements:

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related role

·      Strong communication skills.

·      Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

·      Graduation or equivalent preferred
