Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Explain loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan) clearly to clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team or assist customers in filling applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Basic understanding of financial products (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Persuasive and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Graduate or equivalent
