The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Freshers with excellent English communication are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Handle international inbound and outbound calls professionally. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly. Maintain call logs, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and process improvement. Work in rotational or night shifts based on client region (US/UK/Canada). Requirements: Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with a neutral or international accent. Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism on calls. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
