Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
