We are a fast-growing healthcare service provider specializing in end-to-end solutions for US healthcare clients, including medical billing, coding, QA, and patient intake. We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead our US healthcare process teams and ensure smooth delivery of client projects. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of US healthcare projects (RCM, QA, Intake, Insurance, Scheduling, CRO, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring timely communication and updates. Develop project plans, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables to meet SLA and client expectations. Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, escalations, and client concerns. Prepare regular project reports and present to senior management. Requirements 3+ years of experience in US healthcare/RCM operations. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead handling US processes. Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (billing, QA, intake, Insurance, compliance).
