Zyga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing healthcare service provider specializing in medical billing, clinical QA, patient intake, and revenue cycle management. We support US-based healthcare organizations with end-to-end operational excellence, accuracy, and compliance.

We are seeking a dynamic US Operations Manager to lead our operational teams, ensure performance excellence, and drive process efficiency in alignment with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple US healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to client SLAs and company KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team leads and associates to deliver consistent quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor operational metrics and generate performance and quality reports for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific process requirements.
• Support transition of new processes and establish SOPs for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare operations (medical billing, RCM, intake, or QA preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and multiple client accounts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare processes, payer systems, and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
