Project Manager – US Healthcare Process

We are a fast-growing healthcare service provider specializing in end-to-end solutions for US healthcare clients, including medical billing, coding, QA, and patient intake. We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead our US healthcare process teams and ensure smooth delivery of client projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of US healthcare projects (RCM, QA, Intake, Insurance, Scheduling, CRO, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Develop project plans, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables to meet SLA and client expectations.
• Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, escalations, and client concerns.
• Prepare regular project reports and present to senior management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare/RCM operations.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead handling US processes.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (billing, QA, intake, Insurance, compliance).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts as required.

Preferred

• Experience in process transitions and setting up new client projects.
• Exposure to EMR/EHR systems like Kinnser, Athena, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
