Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Telecaller Cum Customer Service Representative. The representative will manage a variety of customer interactions include lead generation, responding to inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Proven skills in Telecaller and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through high-quality communication and support services. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently address and manage customer requests. Proficiency in spoken and written communication with a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and adapt to dynamic requirements. Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
