Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Telecaller Cum Customer Service Representative. The representative will manage a variety of customer interactions include lead generation, responding to inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Telecaller and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through high-quality communication and support services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently address and manage customer requests.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written communication with a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and adapt to dynamic requirements.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
