Our client is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead operations at their premium café in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B sector, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily café operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff, including baristas and service personnel, to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with F&B regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting with accuracy.
• Plan and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase footfall.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall café presentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with specific experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and understanding inventory management processes.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
