Cafe Manager

Position: Café Manager
Location: Coffee Culture, Bhavnagar
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Lead and supervise the café team, handle shift scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all operations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and control wastage.
• Maintain reports and updates for the Area Manager on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café/restaurant or F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be well-versed with Pet Pooja software (billing & inventory).
• Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
