We’re Hiring: Senior FEA Engineer (

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Simulation & Analysis

Lead the use of simulation tools to predict performance of vehicle components under real-world conditions.
Conduct linear and non-linear static structural, fatigue, and durability analyses for new concepts and prototypes.

2. Process Optimization

Drive design and process improvements using simulation insights.
Optimize designs for durability, cost-efficiency, manufacturability, and lightweighting.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, R&D, and prototyping teams to convert simulation insights into actionable design changes.
Guide designers and surface modelers in aligning aesthetics with engineering feasibility.

4. Software & Tool Expertise

Proficient in ANSYS Mechanical, Fluent, Workbench, Fusion 360, or Simscale.
Evaluate and integrate new simulation tools for improved workflows.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare detailed simulation reports, validation documents, and technical recommendations.
Support technical decision-making with clear and data-driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
3+ years in CAE with a focus on heavy commercial/off-highway vehicles.
Education:
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
Strong understanding of
F2EA, CFD, and Multiphysics simulations
.
Excellent grasp of the full development process: specification, documentation, and QA.
Passion for programming, algorithm development, and automation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and geographies.
