CAE Engineer

Role & Responsibilities Senior Member:

• Check the mesh & assembly quality
• Assembly of sub-systems (Closures, Seats, BIW etc.) & Full vehicle with connection, contact etc.
• Assign thickness, material for all parts as per information by MSIL guideline
• Apply boundary condition as per respective domain loadcase
• Crash: Frontal Impact
• NVH: BIW Static Stiffness, Trimmed body Noise Transfer Function (NTF) & ERP
• Strength: BIW Twist & Closure Slam
• Performing initial model check runs & debug in respective domain solver
• Crash: LS-Dyna
• NVH: NASTRAN
• Strength: NASTRAN & LS-Dyna
• Analysis model for connection, energy balance, normal mode and debug
• Training of team members
• Monitoring work plan.

Team Member:

• Meshing and Model building in domains – Crash, NVH, Durability (Experience: min. 3 years]
• Prepare CAE mesh model of BIW & sub-system using Altair HYPERMESH (Part types: Sheet metal, plastics, powertrain etc.; Mesh types: Mid surface/Solid tetra/hexa/Shell coat).
• Assembly of BIW & sub-system including connections: experience in bolt, spot weld, sealer connections, etc.
• Model quality check (mesh flow, connection etc.) as per MSIL guidelines & standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
