Job Description

Job Responsibilities: *Provide technical support to issues on CATIA and other CAD/CAE Applications (90+ engineering applications. List attached.) including troubleshooting, resolving design and technical related issues, and answering product-related questions. *Software License management and software installations including updates. *Proficient in using software tools and applications like Microsoft Office Suite *Strong technical knowledge in automotive industry, including a deep understanding of design methodologies, systems and applications. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. *Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and analytically to identify and resolve technical issues. *Strong presentation skills to deliver technical trainings to R&D users. *Ability to manage vendors efficiently and work in a collaborative environment. *Continuously update and maintain technical documentation, product manuals and training materials for R&D users Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9860345064 Application Deadline: 20/06/2025
