Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled CAE Engineer (FEA Team Lead) to coordinate our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, solid understanding of all types of FEA analyses, and proven experience in handling team coordination and project management tasks. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of the FEA team to ensure timely project delivery. Perform various types of FEA analyses (static, dynamic, thermal, modal, nonlinear, etc.) using industry-standard tools. Review and validate team members analysis results, providing technical guidance and clarification as needed. Manage communication between design, CAE, and project teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in deliverables. Support project planning, progress tracking, and technical reporting. Mentor junior engineers and assist in resolving complex simulation issues. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and knowledge sharing within the analysis team. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field). 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CAE/FEA analysis. Proficiency with tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, NASTRAN, or similar software. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, material behavior, and numerical methods. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
