We are a leading lift manufacturing company committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations, drive compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accurate preparation of financial statements in line with global accounting standards.
• Lead the accounts team and ensure timely monthly financial book closures and reconciliations.
• Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures to track key performance indicators.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll) for international entities.
• Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to ensure business transparency.
• Provide financial consulting and insights to support strategic decisions.

Skills Required:

• CA Inter Qualified is must
• 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
