Role Overview

As a Buying & Merchandising Executive, you will support daily buying operations, vendor management, and inventory tracking. You will play a key role in ensuring timely replenishment and smooth coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders, alongside contributing to the customised jewellery segment.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

Follow up with vendors daily/weekly for order status, production timelines, and delivery commitments.

Track purchase orders end to end, from issuance to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Maintain inventory reports and update stock status regularly to avoid shortages or overstock.

Record and reconcile delivery notes, invoices, and pending order details for accuracy.

Assist in preparation of merchandising reports, sales vs inventory analysis, and replenishment requirements.

Work closely with the buying team to support the launch and upkeep of customised jewellery collections.

Coordinate internally with warehouse and operations teams to align deliveries and stock movement.

Highlight and escalate any delays or vendor issues proactively to maintain smooth supply flow.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field.

0–1 year of experience in buying, merchandising, supply chain, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination.

Proficiency in MS Excel, with ability to create and maintain basic reports.

Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

Passion and interest in fashion retail, especially jewellery and accessories.
