1. Write and deliver the buying plan/revenue generation plan on respective area
2. Replenishment & purchase order management.
3. Identify new sources of supply and assess their suitability to business.
4. Create buying plans detailing range, price and suppliers
5. Meet with internal stakeholders to understand the buying plan
6. Review competitive offering in relevant area
7. Review stock levels daily / weekly and create an action plan to resolve issues
8. Negotiate and continually assess existing suppliers to optimize performance and improve terms to reduce prices.
9. Regional promotions & brand additions.
