Description
You will be responsible for delivering operational KPIs such as Claim Management, PO execution, exception message management, parts escalation/availability, invoice reconciliation, and buyer productivity. You will manage Supplier Relationship Management for vendors on a day-to-day basis and ensure proper escalation when necessary. Additionally, you will be in charge of implementing and operationalizing category strategies and framework contracts, providing feedback to Global Category Managers/Sourcing Managers to enhance strategies. Your role will involve delivering year-over-year savings and negotiations for selected categories and assigned suppliers, ensuring compliance with PO policies, and standardizing procurement processes. You will also handle master data and contribute to MRP settings for procured parts based on guidance from the Global Materials Management (GMM) team. It is essential to leverage analytics, tools, capabilities, and SOPs provided by the COE & Excellence management.
