About the Role

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall branch operations and business development activities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors to achieve individual and branch-level targets.
  • Drive sales through effective planning, team motivation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDA and company policies across all operational activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors to maximize business potential.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on growth, ethics, and long-term success.


Must Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a

    Branch Manager

    or in a leadership role within the

    Life Insurance Agency

    segment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, target achievement, and market development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance regulatory guidelines (IRDA).
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and drive advisor performance effectively.
