Job Title: Business Unit Head – Projects Enterprise

Location: Dubai, UAE

We're now strategically launching our dedicated Project and Enterprise Division, focused explicitly on winning and delivering impactful ICT enterprise solutions across the GCC.We seek a driven, results-oriented leader passionate about securing major enterprise projects, building strategic relationships, and significantly growing market share.

Role Overview:

The Business Unit Head – Projects Enterprise is tasked with proactively identifying, pursuing, and winning large-scale enterprise ICT projects. You will lead business development efforts, leverage strong relationships within the regional ecosystem, strategically engage vendors and integrators, and ensure TLM emerges as the partner of choice for enterprise ICT solutions in the region.

Your role is primarily sales-driven and focused explicitly on securing new business and creating substantial revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Strategic Business Development:
    • Proactively identify major enterprise opportunities in networking, data centers, cybersecurity, AV, and related solutions.
    • Drive the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to project closure.
    • Develop strategic plans to position TLM as the preferred partner for enterprise ICT projects in the region.
  • 2. Relationship Management Networking:
      • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and regional decision-makers to enhance project win rates.
      • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key vendor partners (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • 3. Market Intelligence Competitive Edge:
      • Monitor competitor activity and market trends closely to ensure proactive positioning of TLM’s solutions.
      • Provide regular, insightful market analysis to senior management, informing strategic direction.
  • 4. Revenue Growth Accountability:
      • Deliver ambitious revenue targets through aggressive and focused sales activity.
      • Own and drive the sales pipeline, ensuring healthy progression and forecasting accuracy.
  • 5. Strategic Collaboration:
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, presales, operations, finance) to ensure robust, winning proposals and compelling business cases.


Desired Experience Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or equivalent advantageous).
  • 2. 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in ICT distribution, enterprise solutions, or systems integration, specifically in the GCC.
  • 3. Demonstrable history of winning and closing large, complex ICT enterprise projects.
  • 4. Strong established networks with key decision-makers in UAE and the wider GCC region.

  • 2. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • 3. Deep market knowledge and competitive insight in ICT enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills Attributes:

  • 1. Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
  • 2. UAE Driving License; willingness to travel across the GCC regularly.
