Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, expert-level proficiency in Excel, and the ability to create impactful presentations. Experience in managing Google Workspace Admin Panel and working with ticketing solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyse, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data trackers using Excel.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update data.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, process updates, and timely reporting.
  • Support administrative activities and provide troubleshooting assistance where required.
  • (If applicable) Assist with Google Workspace Admin Panel configurations and user management.
  • (If applicable) Handle ticketing solutions for query resolution and system administration.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of

    Microsoft Excel

    (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data visualization, etc.).
  • Strong

    presentation skills

    with proficiency in MS PowerPoint (or equivalent).

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with

    Google Workspace Admin Panel

    (user provisioning, group management, policies).
  • Experience in handling

    ticketing solutions

    (ZOHO Desk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms).
