Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to all parties involved.
Create and manage listing agreements and upload the accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease for sellers/Landlords.
Prepare all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions. Collect and organize deal-related documents from agents, clients, and ensure compliance and completion before the closing date.
Enter deal information into Lonewolf, our accounting and deal management software. Learn and utilize its features effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
Providing on-time support to real estate agents, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs to help them close deals successfully.

Requirements:

Bachelors/ Master s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have).
Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
0 to 3 Years of experience in support and coordination.
Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
