We are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our team. This role focuses on client onboarding, support, and training for Zoho Apps (Bigin, CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.), WhatsApp Business API, and other cloud-based business applications . The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong communication skills, an interest in business technology, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with onboarding and setup in Zoho Apps (Bigin, CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.). Support clients in configuring and using WhatsApp Business API for communication and automation. Provide first-level support to client queries through WhatsApp, email, or helpdesk tools. Perform basic customizations in Zoho Apps (pipelines, fields, layouts, templates). Handle simple data tasks (imports, updates, and reports) in Zoho and other cloud applications. Document client requirements, prepare checklists, and maintain internal support records. Prepare proposals, reports, and templates using Google Docs/Canva. Coordinate with the implementation team for advanced setup and automation tasks. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce/Business (B.Com, BBA) or IT/Computer Science (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, B.Tech IT) . Strong interest in CRM, WhatsApp Business API, workflow automation, and cloud apps . Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace). Good communication in English + Malayalam. Quick learner, detail-oriented, and client-friendly mindset. Salary Range ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on skills and experience).
