Business Sales Manager

As a Business Sales Manager at Oscorm Digital, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads from various sources such as Meta ads, web inquiries, and other lead sources. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting proposals for a wide range of services including SEO Services, Paid Advertising Campaigns, Website Design & Development, eCommerce Solutions, Social Media Management, Mobile Applications, and Custom Software Solutions. It will be crucial for you to understand client requirements, company costing, infrastructure, and budget alignments before finalizing proposals. Strong follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving closures within defined timelines will also be a part of your role. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and psychology will be essential. The ultimate goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with measurable results. In order to excel in this role, you should possess 12 years of proven sales/business development experience in digital services within the IT, marketing, or software domain. Strong exposure to Indian client management is necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills will be critical for success. You should also have the ability to calculate pricing, expenses, and profitability margins accurately. Strong negotiation and client handling skills with a problem-solving mindset are key attributes required. Having evidence of meeting or exceeding past sales targets will be beneficial.
