Business Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Different micro market across Pan-India
• Evolve strong underwriting norms customized to various geography & market needs
• Interacting with Branch Credit, Business Teams & multiple functional teams located across India, being a part of Pan India credit role.
• Role also includes client engagements in structuring deals.

• Conducting Personal Discussions

  & project visits on case to case basis.
• Assignment & preparation of rating reports that cogently capture the rationale behind the rating.
• Profile includes business & financial analysis, conducting due diligence, site visits, understanding the business model, management capabilities, market strength of the business and analysis to meet the credit requirement of the borrower.

• Risk Recommendation

  of proposal to the Committee and obtaining requisite risk approvals and undertaking subsequent tranche disbursals.
• Resolve the queries raised by internal or external audit team based on inputs from stakeholders.
• Monitor and oversee the disbursement activities for the

  Real Estate Lending Portfolio

  and ensure compliance of all sanction conditions.
• Identify and highlight

  EWS (Early Warning Signals

  ) to internal stakeholders within stipulated timelines and incorporate the data gathered from the ground team in EWS model.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/MBA (Full time) with minimum 3-5 years experience in Construction Finance/ Developer Funding/ Risk Management
