Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Swiss Army Knife to set up a new business from scratch. As the Program Manager, the individual will act as a shadow to the business head, and will be involved across business functions, and in putting all pieces together to create the perfect puzzle.

Primary responsibilities for the individual will be to manage all business data and share actionable insights for improvement. The role will involve equal time on the ground and behind the screen, owning business inputs as well as outputs.



Responsibilities:

Business Data Management : The resource will be responsible for complete business data management, from individual function charters to the P&L of the business, and drawing actionable insights out of it.

Execution Ownership : The individual will own, on ground business execution with the business head including working on the field, and owning business outcomes.

Crossfunctional Collaboration : The individual will act as a bridge between individual business functions and the leadership, working closely with every function and helping them solve problems with support from the management.

Process Building and Productization : The individual will be responsible for creating SOP’s for the business and individual functions, and productize the business operations through internal tech/ third party SaaS Solutions

New City Launches : The resource will play a key role in new city launches, acting as the city lead for on ground operations for the initial launch period.



Qualifications:

● A bachelor's degree from a tier 1 university, and MBA from a reputed institution.

● Work experience of 1-5 years, across sales and program management. Experience from retail distribution/sales, BFSI will be preferred.

● Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is a mandatory requirement.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● High degree of ownership, ability to switch context and building new business skills quickly.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
