Business Program Manager

As a Business Program Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the Business Head in establishing and expanding a new business venture. Your responsibilities will involve a diverse set of tasks including data analysis, process building, and strategy execution to drive measurable outcomes. - **Business Data Management:** You will be responsible for managing and analyzing end-to-end business data, from individual function charters to overall P&L, to provide actionable insights for growth and efficiency. - **Execution Ownership:** Partnering with the Business Head, you will lead on-ground execution to ensure strong business outcomes. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Acting as a bridge between leadership and business functions, you will solve challenges and enhance efficiency across teams. - **Process Building & Productization:** Your role will involve creating SOPs, streamlining processes, and implementing tech-based solutions to improve operations. - **New City Launches:** Leading operational activities during city launches, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry. To qualify for this role, you will need: - **Education:** MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (Bachelors degree required). - **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience across sales, program/project management, consulting, or retail distribution. Experience in BFSI or retail distribution is preferred. - **Mandatory Skills:** Proven project/program management experience, strong comfort with data dashboarding, analytics, and reporting, and a consulting background is preferred. - **Other Criteria:** Strong problem-solving and execution mindset with high ownership, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and data analysis platforms. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Business Head and the leadership team, take on a high ownership role with exposure across business functions, and lead new market launches and strategic initiatives.,
