15 years full time educationSummary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Atlassian Lead/Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across the Atlassian ecosystem. This role requires strong hands-on administration capabilities, expertise in Groovy scripting, and experience managing Agile/SAFe implementations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Atlassian tool migrations and the ability to support and optimize solutions across multiple Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align. Roles & Responsibilities: Tool Administration & Governance: - Act as a primary SME for Jira, Confluence, JSM, Jira Align, and other Atlassian tools. - Lead the configuration, customization, and day-to-day administration of Atlassian applications. - Establish governance frameworks for Atlassian tool usage across multiple teams and business units. Agile and SAFe Enablement: - Align Atlassian tools to support Agile and SAFe methodologies at team, program, and portfolio levels. - Guide process improvements and configurations for Agile ceremonies, reporting, and scaled agile planning. Automation & Scripting: - Develop and maintain automation using ScriptRunner (Groovy), Automation for Jira, and REST APIs. - Drive efficiencies in workflows, issue handling, and reporting using advanced scripting. Professional & Technical Skills: Migration and Integration: - Oversee Atlassian tool migrations (e.g., Jira DC to Cloud, Confluence consolidations). - Ensure data integrity, permissions, and customizations are preserved during migration. - Work with integration tools (e.g., Jira Connectors, REST APIs, 3rd party add-ons) to ensure ecosystem interoperability. - Exposure to third-party plugins such as Tempo, Xray, BigPicture, Insight (Asset Management). Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Agile Coaches, Product Owners, RTEs, and IT leadership. - Translate business needs into scalable Atlassian solutions. - Mentor and guide junior admins and support staff. Additional Information: - Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-620, etc.). - Experience with Atlassian Access, Atlassian Guard, or advanced user provisioning tools. - Familiarity with Enterprise Insights (Jira Align), Power BI integration, or advanced reporting. - Knowledge of other tools in the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Trello, Statuspage, Opsgenie). - Understanding of ITSM processes and JSM customization. - Experience in managing Cloud-to-Cloud migrations or multi-instance consolidation., 15 years full time education
