Key Responsibilities

Task Management & Execution

• Maintain task lists and deliverables assigned by leadership.
• Track progress of tasks across teams and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up consistently with stakeholders until tasks are closed.
• Highlight delays, blockers, or dependencies proactively.

Growth Enablement & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate applications and access for new APIs, platforms, and integrations.
• Support onboarding and coordination with advertising agencies and marketing partners.
• Track ad agency access, budgets, and approvals in coordination with leadership and marketing teams.
• Ensure operational readiness for new growth initiatives.

Payments, Settlements & Money Flow Monitoring

• Coordinate with accounting teams to track daily settlements and fund flows.
• Monitor sales vs. settled amounts on a regular basis (daily or near-daily).
• Ensure vendor and partner payments are initiated on time, in coordination with accounting.
• Flag discrepancies, delays, or unusual patterns in settlements or cash flow.

Compliance, Documentation & Policies

• Coordinate completion of compliance-related documents, audits, and forms.
• Track document status (drafted, reviewed, signed, completed).
• Ensure policies, agreements, and approvals are properly documented and stored.
• Work with internal teams or assign documentation tasks where required.

SOPs, Systems & Process Setup

• Support creation and documentation of SOPs and operational workflows.
• Assist in setting up systems such as payroll workflows, reporting formats, and internal trackers.
• Maintain process documents, checklists, and task trackers for ongoing use.

Cross-Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate between operations, accounting, quality, payment gateway, chargeback, sales, and external partners.
• Ensure tasks do not stall due to busy schedules or lack of follow-up.
• Maintain clear visibility on what is pending, in progress, or completed.
• Share regular status updates with leadership on assigned initiatives.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in

  operations, coordination, project management, or business support roles

  .
• Prior exposure to

  online businesses, travel, fintech, healthcare, or logistics

  preferred.
• Comfortable working with numbers, settlements, and basic financial tracking (with support from accounting).
• Strong follow-up, organization, and execution skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and persistent.
• Ability to work independently once tasks and priorities are defined.

Authority & Expectations

• Expected to coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure execution of assigned work.
• Will work under leadership guidance with clarity on priorities and deliverables.
• Authority to coordinate vendor interactions, documentation, and follow-ups as required.
• This role does
