Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential U.S. and Canada -based healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, practices).
  • Use tools such as

    Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , or similar platforms to build prospect lists.
  • Execute outbound sales activities via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

RCM / Medical Billing Sales

  • Present ProCare RCM’s Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing services to prospects.
  • Clearly explain RCM services, benefits, and value proposition to healthcare providers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

CRM & Sales Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes.
  • Share regular updates on outreach and conversion progress.

Coordination & Follow-Ups

  • Coordinate with internal operations or RCM delivery teams as needed during sales discussions.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations team.


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    RCM sales, medical billing sales, or healthcare B2B sales

    .
  • Clear understanding of

    Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

    and medical billing processes.
  • Experience selling services to

    U.S. healthcare providers

    is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using

    Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , or similar lead generation tools.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and persistent.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with internal teams.
