Job Title: Operations Associate ( Night Shift)

Work Hours: US East Coast Time Zone (Night Shift IST)

Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and logistics for medical device deliveries to US clients
• Communicate with US-based suppliers, and internal stakeholders via email and phone
• Do email marketing outreach to US Customers
• Do LinkedIn marketing to distributors and doctors
• Update and maintain records on CRM, ERP, or inventory management platforms
• Generate and review invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
• Track shipments and ensure timely resolution of delays or issues
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and data entry
• Provide administrative support to the US operations team
• Respond promptly to internal queries and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and general comfort with digital tools
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to work 

  night shifts aligned with US business hours

Preferred:

• Experience working with US clients or in medical device/healthcare logistics
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Hubspot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹25,994.16 - ₹38,772.36 per month
