You’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams and the client, driving operational efficiency while maintaining transparency and quality across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Invoicing:

• Extract and process data from client portals and systems.
• Generate and verify invoices based on processed data.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements.

2. Reporting & Dashboarding:

• Prepare and maintain operational and financial dashboards using

  Excel

  and

  Power BI

  .
• Track key metrics such as invoicing status, profitability, and exceptions.
• Present insights and reports to the client as per business needs.

3. Client Communication:

• Provide daily updates to the client on invoicing and data progress.
• Identify and flag discrepancies proactively.
• Gather client feedback and implement process improvements.

4. Process Management:

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in

  business operations, reporting, or data management

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (advanced functions preferred) and familiarity with

  Power BI

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Based in

  Nagpur

  or willing to relocate.
