As a Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies to achieve agency sales and growth targets. You will oversee the hiring, training, and development of agency staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service to clients. Monitoring agency performance and implementing improvement plans as needed will be crucial to drive business success. It will also be your responsibility to ensure agency compliance with state and federal insurance laws and regulations. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospective clients is essential, as is handling high-level customer complaints and issues. You should have a strong ability to identify and resolve operational challenges. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as strong negotiation skills for securing contracts and managing key business relationships.
