As a Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies to achieve agency sales and growth targets. You will oversee the hiring, training, and development of agency staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service to clients. Monitoring agency performance and implementing improvement plans as needed will be crucial to drive business success.
