Job Title
Business ManagerMotivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join the Commercial Real Estate Leasing team. The role primarily involves supporting the reporting manager in day-to-day business development, client servicing, and transaction execution activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in real estate leasing and gain exposure to leading clients, landlords, and market transactions.
About the Role:
- Assist the reporting manager in business development activities, including research, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analysis for clients.
- Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, rental values, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to schedule property inspections and meetings.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and CRM systems with client interactions and property details.
- Assist in drafting Letters of Intent s), lease agreements, and other transaction documentation.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, research, finance) for transaction support and client deliverables.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while representing the organization professionally.
About You
- Work experience within the Real Estate Leasing segment – Bhive Co-working Offices in BKC
- Previous experience with Smart Works as an intern
- Early stage in the career and eager to learn the commercial real estate business.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, comfortable supporting a reporting manager while gradually taking ownership.
