Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic workforce planning and capacity forecasting for NAB’s India operations. Drive cost management, budgeting, and P&L optimisation initiatives across business units. Partner with global and regional leaders to align workforce strategy with long-term business goals. Provide actionable insights using workforce analytics to improve productivity and reduce costs. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, presenting plans and results to CXO-level executives. Ensure compliance with NAB’s governance and risk frameworks. Champion diversity and inclusion within workforce strategies. Mentor and develop a high-performing planning and analytics team
