🚀 Role Overview


Business Manager – EdTech Sales


💼 Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20–40 sales executives (Inside Sales or Direct Sales)
  • Own monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs across assigned geographies or pods
  • Design and execute growth strategies to expand market reach and drive user acquisition
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline health checks, and skill workshops
  • Drive performance through metrics: demo-to-sale %, show-up %, AOV, conversion rate
  • Ensure CRM (LeadSquared/Zoho) hygiene and reporting discipline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead
  • quality and close loops on feedback
  • Represent Bhanzu values in candidate hiring, parent communication, and team culture


✅ What Makes You a Great Fit


  • 6–10 years of experience in B2C sales, team leadership, or business growth roles
  • Previous experience in EdTech is a strong plus
  • Excellent people management and coaching ability
  • Comfortable with fast iteration, performance pressure, and operational agility
  • Strong data orientation: ability to read dashboards, fix funnel leaks, and forecast accurately
  • Superior communication and persuasion skills in English + 1 regional language


🎓 Educational Background


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field
  • MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory
