Job Title: Q-Commerce Manager Location: Headquarter (Mumbai) Experience: 2-4 years Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverages / Confectionery Salary: 11 LPA - 14 LPA Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Q-Commerce Manager to lead and scale growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience managing brand panels on these platforms, executing ad campaigns, optimizing spends, and aligning operations to drive visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Performance Marketing Plan, optimize and overlook daily ad campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart Marketing calendars for each platform with product-wise planning Analyzing campaign performance 2. Budget & ROI Management Plan and monitor daily and monthly marketing spends Track ROI and continuously optimize campaigns to meet revenue goals Collaborate with finance team to maintain a working understanding of the P&L, ensuring overall profitability 3. Coordination & Inventory Readiness Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to maintain inventory health and readiness across platforms. 4. Competitive Landscape Analysis Conduct ongoing landscape reviews of competitor activities across Q-commerce platforms Analyze pricing, promotional tactics, and category innovations Growth strategies based on insights from competitive analysis. Key Requirements: 2-4 years of experience handling Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) for FMCG or snacking brands Expertise in ad campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis Strong analytical mindset with a commercial understanding of marketing and P&L impact Bonus Points: Past experience with high-growth D2C or challenger food/snack brands. Relationships with category teams at Zepto, Blinkit, or Instamart. Hands-on experience in festive or seasonal campaign execution on Q-commerce. Show more Show less
