Position Summary:

As Business Lead – LAMF, you will own P&L, strategy, and execution of this vertical — shaping the product, scaling partnerships, and leading the team to build a category-defining secured lending business. Over time, you will expand the franchise into LAS, Bonds, and other asset classes, creating one of India’s most comprehensive wealth-backed lending platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership

  : Drive growth, profitability, and portfolio health for LAMF and adjacent products.

• Strategy & GTM

  : Define customer segments, build distribution channels, and lead digital-first product rollouts.

• Partnerships

  : Establish and manage alliances with AMCs, wealth platforms, fintechs, and distributors.

• Product Leadership

  : Oversee product development and customer experience in collaboration with tech and credit teams.

• Team Management

  : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team; foster collaboration across business, ops, and marketing.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years

  of experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or wealth-tech.
• Deep understanding of the

  mutual fund and securities ecosystem

  — including AMCs, custodians, RTAs, and distribution networks.
• Proven track record in

  P&L ownership

  , business scaling, and team leadership.
• Strong experience in

  business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management

• Exposure to

  digital lending platforms

  , API integrations, and tech-enabled underwriting is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Strategy, or related field.
