Business Lead

As a Business Lead at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing operations that enhance business growth and improve customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and implement business strategies, and identify new market opportunities. Your role will involve data analysis, performance tracking, and guiding your team towards achieving key performance indicators. You will also engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall business vision and objectives.

• Oversee P&L management to ensure financial targets (topline & bottomline)are met


• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue


• Utilize data-driven insights to refine business strategies and improve customer experience.


• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience in leading digital-first consumer businesses


• Proven track record of driving business growth -Exposure to managing Telesales.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
