Designation - Business head (Mid Ticket Size) Reporting - To Founder DOJ - June 2025 Location - Mumbai Compensation - ESOP + Revenue share + Salary post 2 Months (Up to 25 Lakhs) and PLI. Job Description The debt vertical of we2grow supports businesses to help raise working capital from 40 lakhs - 1000 Crores through its 3 different verticals of (Low/ Mid and High Ticket Size). We are connected with 100+ lenders, which consist of Banks/NBFCs/ Venture debt/ Debt syndicate / Private lenders/Foreign banks and Family offices. The debt vertical is a collaboration between 2 strong consulting firms one based out of India and other in Dubai. We are looking for someone who will lead our mid-size debt vertical (5 Crores - 20 Crores). Below is our expectation in terms of the profile. The person is supposed to manage the complete P&L of the vertical. The person will be responsible for end-to-end (lead generation to lead closure). The person is required to onboard lenders in this category. The person is expected to grow this vertical in terms of team and revenue.
