Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive lead generation efforts through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients in the
B2B/enterprise domain.
• Engage with senior decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Managers, Business Heads, CHROs) to introduce
the company’s offerings and secure qualified meetings.
• Develop and implement effective outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and
LinkedIn networking, to maximize meeting conversions.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and manage lead pipelines using CRM
tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers and alignment on prospecting
strategies.
• Create and refine communication materials, including pitch decks, email templates, and other marketing
collateral, in collaboration with internal teams.
• Analyze and report on outreach effectiveness, meeting schedules, and lead conversion metrics, providing
insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance outreach strategies and identify new
opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and pre-sales roles, ideally within the
SAAS/enterprise/B2B sales domain.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence senior
stakeholders.
• Strong research and networking abilities to identify and engage target audiences effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
