Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Pitch products/services effectively through presentations, calls, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and lead generation.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports and insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or growth roles.
• Strong English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
