Role Description Job Title: Business Excutive Location: Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana & Punjab Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Collection Agents responsible for field recovery activities related to Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and write-off loan accounts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recovery protocols, have a strong understanding of local geographies, and possess excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Visit defaulters’ residences or businesses to recover pending dues. Negotiate and settle outstanding amounts in line with company policies. Handle recovery of NPA and write-off accounts with a strategic and firm approach. Maintain daily visit records and update recovery status in the system. Coordinate with legal and collection teams for escalated cases. Ensure adherence to recovery compliance and regulatory norms. Build and maintain relations with borrowers and local community stakeholders. Submit daily and weekly reports to the Collection Manager. Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in collections, preferably with NPA or write-off loans. Strong knowledge of the local area and fluency in the local language. Ability to travel within the city/villages as per the assigned beat plan. Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of loan terms and recovery procedures. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if field visits required). Preferred: Local candidates will be given preference. Experience with NBFCs, Microfinance Institutions, or Banks is a plus.
