Business Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive for our P&G FMCG Division in MP. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mobile handset sales, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in managing sales operations, distributor/channel partnerships, and team performance in the telecom/mobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow channel partner relationships (distributors, retailers).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high productivity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement regional promotional campaigns.
• Provide timely MIS and sales reports to management.
• Address customer and partner concerns professionally and effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG sales & Team Lead.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good market knowledge of Chhattisgarh and surrounding regions.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and reporting tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
