We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company's growth through strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Research : Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market analysis. Client Engagement : Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence. Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications Education : Graduate, Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 6 years in business development, sales, or a similar role. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Attributes : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
