Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. Additionally, having proven experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (preferably 0-6 months) will be beneficial. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with clients and stakeholders effectively. Along with excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, you possess a strong problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the relevant industry is a plus. In this role, your responsibilities will include lead generation and prospecting, client relationship management, sales presentations and proposals, negotiation and closing deals, market research, collaboration with teams, sales reporting, achieving sales targets, and attending industry events to represent the company. You will identify and research potential business opportunities and new markets, maintaining a strong pipeline of leads through various sources. Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions will be crucial. You will prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations, customize offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback will help you identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams is essential to ensure alignment in messaging, campaigns, and service delivery. Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets while maintaining CRM systems will be part of your routine.
