Business Development Trainee

Role Overview: You will be responsible for learning and employing new methods to generate leads through various channels like email campaigns, cold calling, social media campaigns, job portals, and advertisements. Additionally, you will be learning to acquire new clients, manage new accounts, and suggest new strategies to generate more traffic to Aress websites in collaboration with senior team members from the Business Development Team. Working closely with BAs and BU Heads to create effective proposals and presentations will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media campaigns, job portals, and advertisements. - Acquire new clients and manage new accounts with guidance from senior team members. - Interact with seniors/managers to suggest new strategies for increasing website traffic. - Collaborate with BAs and BU Heads to create impactful proposals and presentations. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing preferred. - Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) for customer interactions and internal communication. - Ability to make a positive first impression and strong follow-up skills. - Must possess qualities like sincerity, self-motivation, go-getter attitude, consistency, organization, discipline, and a positive attitude.
